Our Story

At Rally Fundraising, we live by one simple motto: “No excuses, just impact”. Founded by Andy, Fran and Lauren, our journey began with a powerful idea – that when we rally together, our collective efforts can transform communities. Inspired by personal experiences in charity events and driven by a deep commitment to both giving back and living well, our founders set out to create a company that embodies togetherness and tangible change.

Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is twofold: to empower communities through diverse charitable initiatives and to foster a culture of health and wellbeing among our team. Each month, we dedicate one morning to supporting a charity of our choice volunteering, 1 morning paid at the gym, while also providing gym memberships to promote personal fitness. We believe that small, consistent efforts can lead to significant impact.

Milestones and Future Goals

Although we are a new company, our commitment to charity runs deep. Our directors have actively taken part in challenging events – Fran and Lauren have both walked 50k and 100k events, and one of our directors has run two 100k events. As we grow, we plan to expand our initiatives, increase our reach and set ambitious goals to support a wide range of charitable causes.

Our Culture

At the heart of Rally Fundraising is a culture that champions unity, integrity and mutual support. We invest in our team through initiatives such as YuLife benefits, gym memberships and sponsoring local sports teams, including football clubs. Our environment is dynamic and inclusive, where every contribution is valued and every voice is heard. We believe that by taking care of our team, we are better equipped to make a real difference in our communities.

Meet The Team

My name is Andy Tomkins, and I’ve been in the fundraising industry for over 14 years. Eight of those years were spent in director-level roles, where I developed my expertise in leading successful fundraising campaigns. Now, as one of the founders of Rally Fundraising, I’m focused on building a company that not only delivers results but also supports fundraisers in reaching their full potential.

Life never slows down for me. I’m a dedicated family man, married with five children, and I’m also passionate about endurance running. I’ve completed multiple challenging events, including two 100km ultramarathons. I believe in leading by example, inspiring others, and prioritising both physical and mental well-being.

At Rally Fundraising, we know that hard work today leads to a bigger impact tomorrow. My goal is to help others achieve success in fundraising while fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment.

My name is Francis, and I have worked in the fundraising industry for over 10 years. I have extensive experience in door-to-door fundraising, with my personal best being 40 long-term donors secured in a single week. I have worked alongside Andy for over 8 years and Lauren for 6 years. Together, we bring a wealth of experience to fundraising and take pride in maintaining professionalism while securing high-quality mandates.

In 2025, we founded Rally Fundraising, combining our expertise to establish the UK’s leading fundraising agency.

In my spare time, I enjoy watching football, swimming, and training for 100km (62-mile) endurance events. To date, I have completed three 100km walks, including the Jurassic Coast twice and the Thames Path. I am passionate about the training process, staying in peak condition, and preparing for the challenges these events present.

My name’s Lauren Ward, and I’ve been in the fundraising industry for seven years, from door-to-door fundraising to private sites and events. My personal best is signing up 10 donors in a single day. But fundraising isn’t just about numbers—it’s about belief, passion, and making every conversation count to create real change.

For over six years, I’ve worked alongside Andy and Francis, and together, we’ve built something special. Rally isn’t just another fundraising company—it’s a movement. We believe in taking action, not waiting around, because making a difference should never be put on hold. Our mission is simple: to fund change, break barriers, and maximise impact. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards because real change starts with integrity.

Beyond fundraising, I’m driven by challenge and growth. I’m passionate about sports, particularly football and running, and I thrive on pushing my limits. I’ve completed ultra-endurance events like the Thames Path 50km and the Chiltern 25km, along with several 10km races. Whether in sport or fundraising, I believe in resilience, determination, and always striving for more.

At Rally, we know that real impact isn’t made alone—it’s made together. When we rally, we don’t just raise funds; we create lasting change. No excuses. Just impact.
